These crystal-clear droplets speak to the purity of asatsuyu, the only dry Sauvignon Blanc handcrafted by Heidi Barrett. It is crisp, rich and complex, and consistently rated among the best American white wines, and a noted "favorite" of Chef Thomas Keller.
