Fresh on the heels of its acclaimed sparkling releases comes suzu, Kenzo Estate’s first sparkling rosé in an inaugural release.  Inspired by the profile for yui rosé, select vineyard blocks of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc are chosen for their delicate skins, large “berry” size and delicious juice, creating a wine that is then aged in stainless for 6 months, and put through the methode champenoise—the traditional and involved process of re-fermenting wine in bottle, and aging 27 months on lees. The result is a vibrant and intriguing wine, with intense fruit and floral aromas, and a variety of dimensions that dazzle on the palate. Enjoy cold—recommended for popping now and many years to come.
