2017 ren 750ml
Produced in the Methode Champenoise, the 2017 ren was cold-aged in stainless steel tanks for 18 months, to preserve freshness, and then tirage bottled and aged on lees for an additional 16 months. In tirage, the true character and texture of the wine emerges, building complexity and elegance with a secondary fermentation. On opening, enjoy soaring aromas of fresh papaya, hints of floral sweetness, and pie crust. This is a wine that is alive and vibrant in its youth, and will provide a pleasant pop with years of bottle aging in its future.
